This one had me thinking…

The lobby and bar area invite relaxation and conversation, while the clean and spacious room boosted my comfort. A lovely pool area added to the appeal, though I couldn’t take a dip. Just a short walk to theaters and eateries made exploring effortless. A satisfying stay, with just a few service hiccups, made it memorable.

Where it excels and where it fails

The staff was exceptional! ! They provided great service, assisting with any needs, and the open areas like the lobby and outdoor patio were perfect for relaxing.

Air conditioning was subpar, leading to discomfort during our stay. Additionally, I noticed billing errors, which created unnecessary confusion.

Clean room and friendly staff. Wi-Fi was inconsistent during my stay.

The Courtyard's modern design is soothing and accessible for seniors, making moving around easy. The spacious lobby and cozy seating areas made for wonderful gatherings with family and friends during our stay.

More greenery around the pool area would help.

We had an exceptional experience with the staff, especially Joseph, who was super helpful at check-in, providing us with tips about the area. The food at the cafe was just phenomenal, especially the egg white frittata, better than what you find in fancy places.

It wasn't cheap, but in the end, it was acceptable for the level of service we received.

Comfortable room, exceptional amenities, including a large clean pool and jacuzzi, along with a nice outdoor patio that made for great relaxation before exploring nearby dining options and a convenient store just a 5-minute walk away.

open opportunities such as a lobby and bar where we could sit and chat. The only downside was the lack of time to enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Overall, I found the stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The King Room with Sofa Bed was spacious and super comfortable. Bed was perfect for a good night's sleep, and the bathroom was spotless. Housekeeping was great, bringing extra towels when we asked. Loved the pool view, just wish we had more time to enjoy it. Overall, the vibe was relaxing.
